Vintage Asian Porcelain Plate Hand-painted Peacock Design - 7.25"

Description

Vintage, porcelain plate brightly decorated with hand-painted designs with a peacock as the focal point surrounded by flowers, fruits, and other images.  There is some golden gilding done on the interior part of the plate and the painting is done very well.  In excellent condition, no chips or cracks that I can discern.  There is some wear on the red banding on the rim, but it doesn't impact the look of the piece. Recommended that this be used as a decorative item only due to the fragility of the painting.  Would be a nice gift or a great addition to a display or collection.  Exact origin is unknown, only signature is a red 'chop' mark on the back which I am not able to decipher.
